If you’re like me, then you’ve spent an embarrassingly long time at your local grocery store hunting for a healthy drink that didn’t make you want to vomit. (Props to all of you that drink kombucha). Yesterday, I stumbled across this protein juice and decided to give this healthy drink goal one last try. To my surprise, I finished the entire bottle and actually enjoyed the taste! (I just had to get used to the almost grainy texture.) Let’s have our goal be to nourish our bodies with food that truly fuels us because we are WORTH it!

Although some of you may be unfamiliar with the term sabbath, this concept should not be foreign to your lives. In the Bible, God commanded the people of Israel to take one day to do absolutely nothing but remember all that the Lord had done in their lives. I know what you’re thinking, what a waste of time! In all reality though, the Lord that we humans actually crave sabbath or rest. I know as women we often keep ourselves too busy to find time to relax. Then, even when we have free time, we almost feel guilty if we take a second to just rest. However, I really encourage you, yes YOU, to take thirty minutes this week to recharge and pamper yourself. Take time to think about all that the Lord had done for you and how much He has blessed you. I can bet you that those thirty minutes will give you the endurance to keep pressing forward in this life!

º Lavender Milk Bath: My favorite thing to do for my own sabbath is to take a bath! Pouring just a capful of this into your bath not only makes your skin smell amazing but it actually delivers on its promise to leave your skin extra moisturized! You can also look for this product at your local Target or Walmart!
º Stress Relief Body Wash: This body wash smells amazing and contains a mixture of lavender, chamomile, and ylang ylang that truly help your skin. I don’t normally use body wash, (I’m more of a bar soap girl), but this stuff is so moisturizing and is a great replacement for shave gel! You can pick this up at Target and Walmart as well!
º Milk and Honey Bath Bomb: This pack of six mini bath bombs are amazing! All you have to do is fill up your bathtub and then pop one (or two if you’d like) into the water. You can watch as the bath bomb makes your water smell and feel amazing! I bought my Me! Bath bombs at Target because they have a ton of different scents there! | I included some below! |
º Stress Relief Candle: This candle was gifted to me from a friend and I must say that although I usually lean more toward sweet or fruity scents, this candle looks and smells great! It has Eucalyptus and Spearmint essential oils in it to help you relax! In fact, if you’re interested, Bath and Body works actually sells an entire line of Stress Relief products!
º Over and Over Bath Bomb: Last but CERTAINLY not least is Lush’s Over and Over bath bomb! It is no secret that I am not only obsessed with all things Lush, but also that I am especially in love with their bath bombs.
