I’ve had such a hard time finding a makeup wipe that is not only gentle enough to not make my sensitive skin break out, but also effective enough to remove even my most stubborn waterproof makeup. Recently I decided to purchase the Burt’s Bees Facial Cleansing Towlettes and I have fallen in love! These wipes are formulated for normal skin, ( as opposed to their Sensitive Skin, Normal to Oily, Normal to Dry Exfoliating, or Normal to Dry cleansing wipes), and works so well on my skin. Although I almost always wash my face before I go to sleep, (and YOU should too), these wipes give you a chance to take the day off and let your skin breathe before you cleanse it at night. Or, these wipes can be useful to remove your makeup before swimming, before working out, or before trying out a different makeup look!
You can purchase these wipes pretty much anywhere! I picked mine up at CVS, but you can also purchase them at Target or a Walmart!

While I know there are extremely nice eyeshadow palettes out on the market today,
(Such as the MAC and Laura Mercier), I love trying to find more affordable products that are in some ways comparable to the more expensive brands. Now there is a definite difference in quality between these products and high-end products, but here are two more affordable palettes that act as a great substitute if you’re looking to save a few bucks!
ºL’oréal La Palette Nude 1: This palette retails for only $20 and contains both matte and shimmery shades which allow you to accomplish different looks all with the same palette. It comes with a nice sized mirror and its own eyeshadow brush! (Although, you should know the brush is not the best quality so I tend to use some EcoTools brushes). This palette is perfect for everyday wear and has become one of the staples in my makeup routine!
º Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics: This palette retails for $30 and has the quality of a full-sized Urban Decay palette but is less expensive. This palette contains six matte colors and a nice sized personal mirror. Each and every shade has amazing color payoff and is very blendable and it has become one of my very favorite makeup products. If you’re looking to give yourself a smoky eye for a night out or a softer look for your job, this is the palette for you!
This palette is also available for purchase at Sephora and Ulta!

As we cross the finish line of Spring and head into Summer (aka the best season), I thought I would share with you guys the lip products that I loved during Spring! Each of these shades could be worn in any season but I personally loved the way these products complemented my spring wardrobe. Comment down what your favorite spring lip product is!
ºMaybelline Color Blur: | Shade: Although the actual shade that I own is only available in certain stores (I’m Blushing!), the shade that is most comparable would be I Like to Mauve It. | This product is one of my all-time favorites because of how long-lasting it is! Not only is the formula matte but it also won’t make your lips dry or cracked. This product is double sided, one side with the lipstick and one side contains a smudger that you run over your lips to give the color that blurred effect. I would definitely recommend wearing a lip liner under it to give you a good base for longer wear.
ºMilani Amore Matte Lip Créme: |Shade 10: Adorable | You guys have already heard me talk about this product multiple times but I can’t help myself, I love it! This shade is a perfect transition from cold Winter months to Spring and even into early Summer. The formula is super long-lasting and dries very matte. I would suggest pairing this product with a lip liner as well just so the color has a good base to grab.
ºRevlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor: | Shade: Comparable to HD Devotion and HD Intensity | This product I have had for a few months now and it has become one of my go-to’s because of its ability to compliment a variety of looks. The formula is very smooth and dries matte without being tacky. This product can be worn alone or paired with any lip liner (I personally don’t love the formula for Revlon’s lip liners).
